Murielle has over 30 years experience in Leadership Development, Talent Management, Organization Development, Team Effectiveness, Culture Transformation, Facilitation, and Coaching. She has worked in fast paced companies and consulting firms across the world. She is a certified coach (brain-based coaching) from ICF and Neuro-Leadership institute, and a certified practitioner in HOGAN Assessment, Insights Discovery, PNL, HBDI, Transactional Analysis and Voice 360 coach delivery. She is also a practitioner in MBTI, Personal Analysis, Lencioni team assessment and Communication preferences from Jung, and EQ2.0 (Emotional intelligence).
Murielle has a passion for helping leaders and their teams create vision and alignment, develop sustainable relationships and increase trust and cohesion. She is an awards winner at GCC Gov HR Summit for ‘Best innovation and Employee Engagement in private sector’ (October 2017 – Abu Dhabi).
Margarida Faustino
Margarida has over 25 years of HR experience acquired in the Middle East and Europe. Margarida has worked for leading multinationals like Microsoft, Johnson & Johnson and Mundipharma and has deep expertise in the fields of Human Resource Management and Transformation, Culture Change, Organizational Effectiveness, Talent Management, Executive Coaching and Leadership and Teams Development. She speaks English, Portuguese and Spanish fluently and can also operate in French. Margarida is a certified Coach, NLP Practitioner and a Six Sigma Green Belt holder.
Margarida has a deep acumen in values identification and development as well as the integration of diverse teams across different cultural environments.
Sabine Karunanithy
Sabine has over 15 years experience in designing and improving HR processes from recruiting to organizational development. Sabine worked in different stations in Europe with start-ups and medium-sized companies after she finished her Bachelor's degree in International Business and Management in Germany, South Korea, and China. She later added two Master of Science degrees - one in Human Resource Management and one in Business Coaching and Change Management.
Sabine is a certified Master NLP Practitioner, certified Emotional Intelligence Coach Practitioner, and a certified Life Coach.
Sandrine Bardot
Sandrine is a Total Rewards expert with over 20+ years of corporate HR experience focused on International Compensation and Benefits. She has worked with world-class companies like Microsoft, Airbus, Apple, SITA, Fiat, France Telecom, and Philips to name a few.
She set up the Compensation & Benefits structure for Majid Al Futtaim and then Mubadala, overseeing diversified lines of businesses in multiple countries and participating in approximately 100 Board and Nomination and Remuneration Committee (RNC) meetings.
She has been offering boutique Performance & Rewards consultancy, training and public speaking services since 2013.
